Time Management

Time management can be defined as arranging,organizing,scheduling,and budgeting one’s time for the purpose of generating more effective work and productivity.Time management helps people put their time to judicious use.
Time management can make or mar you as a human being.It determines the level of success or failure you can attain as a human being.Proper planning and appropriate time keeping makes it easier to achieve success.
As a person i try my best to manage my time properly but that does not mean that i am perfect in time management.

I feel with a little more planning and self-consciousness I would be able to manage my time better and make more judicious use of my time.

I intend to start making use of a diary to write down my plans for the day and week then also add all assignment deadlines and all appointments in the diary so it will serve as a reminder.

The Welsh Assembly

The Welsh Assembly is the democratically elected body that represents the interests of Wales and it's people,make laws for Wales,and also hold the Welsh government to account.It comprises of sixty members who sit  every Tuesday and Wednesday to legislate on matters concerning Wales.The Assembly has three key roles which are:representing Wales and it's people,making laws for Wales;and holding the Welsh government to account.

Following a referendum on the National Assembly for Wales legislative powers held on 3rd of March 2011,the people of Wales voted in favour of granting the National Assembly for Wales further powers to make laws for Wales.
The referendum conducted in 2011 empowered the National Assembly for Wales to pass laws on all subjects in the 20 devolved areas without first seeking the approval of the UK Parliament.
This also means that there will not be any more need for  negotiations between the governments of the UK and Wales over what law making powers should or should not be devolved to the Assembly.The 'Yes' vote also meant the removal of involvement of members of the House of Commons and House of Lords in scrutinising proposals to give the Assembly the power to make laws.Instead,the responsibility now rests solely on the Welsh government and members of the National Assembly to decide how to use the Assembly's law making powers.
Assembly laws will no longer be called Assembly measures.Proposed laws will now be called bills,and enacted laws will now be called Acts.Legislative Competence Orders will no longer be necessary as these were requests made to the UK Parliament to allow the assembly make laws in new subjects within the 20 devolved areas.

The devolution was a long process that gave Wales powers to make its own laws but this laws were still subject to approval by the UK Parliament until March 2011 when the referendum was conducted.
 
The Seneed  was opened by Her Majesty the Queen of England on March 1,2006.It is situated in a prime position on the waterfront in Cardiff Bay.It houses the National Assembly of Wales' Siamber (Debating Chambers) and the committee rooms.
